You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date
  • This is your first report purchase (one refund per customer)
  • You provide a brief reason for the refund request (helps us improve)
  • The report was generated and delivered (we don't refund failed/incomplete orders)

2.2 What's Covered

Our 7-day guarantee covers:

  • Full Report Price: Complete refund of the $49 report fee
  • Tier 1 Reports: Initial opportunity analysis
  • Tier 2 Reports: Full playbook with implementation details
  • No Questions Asked: We trust our customers

2.3 What's Not Covered

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests made after 7 days from purchase date
  • Second or subsequent report purchases (limit one refund per customer)
  • Reports that were not completed due to insufficient information provided
  • Payment processing fees (Stripe fees are non-refundable)
  • Disputes filed directly with your bank or credit card (please contact us first)

  • We may offer to regenerate the report with updated inputs
  • If you're still unsatisfied, we'll provide a full refund

5.3 Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged twice:

  • We'll investigate and refund duplicate charges within 24 hours
  • No 7-day limit applies to duplicate charge refunds

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We're committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank:

  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account closure

Q: Can I exchange my report instead of getting a refund?

Yes! If you'd prefer to generate a different report, contact us. We can often accommodate exchanges within the 7-day window.

Q: Will I get a refund if I can't use the report?

If you can't use the report due to technical issues on our end, absolutely. If it's due to personal circumstances, we'll still honor our 7-day guarantee if you're within the window.

Q: Do you refund processing fees?

Unfortunately, payment processing fees charged by Stripe (typically 2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable. You'll receive a refund of the full $49, but we absorb the processing fees.
